Rylander PTA is guided and directed by By-Laws and Standing Rules recommended and adopted through Texas and National PTA. We at Rylander PTA believe that every child should be given the opportunity to be the best they can be and we strive to achieve that through joint parental and teacher involvement. We follow the same Mission and Purpose that is set forth by National PTA.

The Rylander Elementary School PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
